Built on Decades of Experience
FORME was founded by a team of builders, engineers, and real estate professionals with decades of combined experience across commercial construction, retail development, public works, and luxury residential projects.
Our team’s experience spans projects throughout Southern California and internationally, including the delivery and management of more than 500 retail locations for leading national and global brands. That background includes complex commercial projects, large-scale retail programs, and technically demanding builds requiring close coordination between ownership, design teams, consultants, and trades.
We built FORME around a simple idea: the best projects happen when experienced people are involved early, communicate clearly, and stay accountable from planning through completion.

Evan Dolmatsky
President | Co-Founder
A Los Angeles native with a background spanning real estate, development, and construction, Evan brings an owner-minded perspective to every project. He works closely with clients from early planning through delivery, with a focus on clear communication, disciplined execution, and keeping budget and the original project vision aligned.
Ehab Maamoun
Director of Construction | Co-Founder
A structural engineer, licensed A and B contractor, and veteran builder with more than 32 years of experience, Ehab has delivered hundreds of projects in the United States and internationally. His background includes extensive retail construction and large-scale programs for major national and global brands, including Victoria’s Secret, H&M, and McDonald’s.
His combination of structural engineering expertise and hands-on construction leadership brings an exceptional level of technical knowledge to FORME’s projects.
Oren Levy
Director of Operations | Co-Founder
Oren brings decades of construction and operational leadership to FORME. His experience includes overseeing complex, high-end projects throughout Southern California and leading construction operations from planning through completion. At FORME, he focuses on execution, quality control, field operations, and building the systems required to deliver projects consistently at a high level.
